HOW WILL I MEET MY DRIVER WHEN ARRIVING AT AIRPORT/CRIUSE TERMINAL

YOUR DRIVER WILL MEET AND GREET YOU, AS YOU COME THROUGH THE ARRIVALS HALL WITH TOUR LUGGAGE. THEY WILL BE HOLDING A NAME BOARD  WITH YOUR NAME ON.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF OUR FLIGHT OR SHIP ARRIVES EARLIER OR LATE.

OUR CONTROL CENTRE CONSTANTLY MONITERS ALL  ARRIVALS.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN, IF I HAVE PREPAID AND I CANCEL MY TRANSFER .

WE MUST HAVE 48 HOURS NOTICE,BEFORE YOUR TRANSFER DATE,FOR A REFUND CAN  BE RETURNED,LESS 20% HANDLING CHARGE.

FINALLY I CANNOT FIND MY DRIVER WHEN I ARRIVE WHAT DO I DO

PLEASE CALL OUR CONTROL CENTRE,ALL OUR DRIVERS CARRY CELLPHONES  SO WE CAN KEEP IN TOUCH AT ALL TIMES.

Do I need to pay a deposit if paying by cash on the day.

YES, USING A CREDIT CARD, A 20% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING ( PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU FAIL TO ARRIVE FOR YOUR TRANSFER, THE WHOLE AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED USING YOUR CREDIT CARD SUPPLIED)
